Your first class
Nothing about this is complicated. Here is the whole thing.

Pick a beginner class
Anything marked Beginner or All levels. The schedule shows what is really left.
Book in two minutes
Your phone number is your account — a code arrives, no password to invent.
A short health check
Once, on one screen, with the waiver. Your instructor sees a flag, never your answers.
Come ten minutes early
Fitted leggings, a top that covers your underarms, no jewellery. We have everything else.
Fly a little
Then message us your questions — we answer in Armenian, English or Russian.

- Do I need any experience?
- None at all. Beginner classes assume you have never touched a hammock. Your instructor sets everything up for your height.
- What should I wear?
- Fitted leggings and a top that covers your underarms. No zippers or jewellery — they catch the fabric.
- Is aerial safe for me?
- The rigging and the equipment are certified. Most people can practise; some conditions (pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery) need a doctor's OK first — you'll answer a short health check, about a minute, when you book.
- How do I pay?
- By card, on ArCa's secure payment page, or in cash at the studio. Packs are cheaper per class and work across every style.
