1. About us

Aerial Yerevan is an aerial arts and yoga studio in central Yerevan, at Buzand 7. We teach aerial hammock, hoop, silks, straps and sling alongside yoga, stretching, barre and contemporary dance, in group classes for adults and children, from complete beginner upwards.

This website is the studio's own. It shows the real weekly schedule, the real prices and the places actually left in each class, and it is where classes are booked and paid for.

2. What these terms cover

These terms are the agreement between you and the studio for the use of this website and for the classes you book through it. Two further documents form part of the same agreement: our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your personal data, and our Refund and Return Policy, which governs cancellations and money back.

Before your first class you are also asked to accept a liability waiver and complete a short health declaration. That waiver is a separate document, shown to you in full at the time, and it applies alongside these terms.

3. Our classes

The studio currently offers 13 kinds of class. Each one is described on this site with its discipline, level, duration and price, and the description is generated from the same catalogue the booking system uses, so what you read is what you book.

• Classes run to the published timetable. The timetable changes with the seasons, and a class may be added, moved or paused.
• Class sizes are limited by the equipment in the room. When a class is full you may join the waitlist, and if a place opens you have a limited time to claim it — see section 5.
• An instructor may be substituted. Where instructor names are shown, they are the planned instructor, not a guarantee.
• A class may be cancelled by the studio — for too few participants, an instructor's illness, or a problem with the room or rigging. If we cancel, you are not charged: see the Refund and Return Policy.

4. Prices and currency

All prices on this website are shown in Armenian drams (AMD, ֏) and include all applicable taxes. Single classes start at 4,500 ֏; class packs run from 16,000 ֏ to 55,000 ֏. The price you see at checkout is the price charged.

Payments made from Armenia are charged in Armenian drams only. We do not add any fee for paying by card: a card payment costs exactly what the same class costs paid any other way.

5. Booking, payment and confirmation

• You book with your phone number. We send a one-time code to confirm it is yours; there is no password to remember or lose.
• Your place is booked when the bank confirms your payment. If the last place goes while your payment is going through, the full amount is returned to your card automatically and we let you know.
• Card payments are taken in the ipay.Arca secure payment system, not on this site. See section 11.
• Your booking is confirmed once the bank confirms the payment. We send the confirmation on the channel you chose — WhatsApp, or email if you gave us an address — and it is always visible in your own bookings page.
• If you are on a waitlist and a place opens, we notify you and hold it for 30 minutes before offering it to the next person.

If a payment leaves your card but no booking appears, do not pay again — contact us. Every payment is reconciled against the bank daily, and a payment taken without a class delivered is refunded.

6. Class packs and credits

A pack is a number of prepaid classes, or unlimited classes for a period. Packs are valid for 28 or 35 days from purchase, depending on the pack; the exact validity is shown on each pack before you buy and is fixed at the moment of purchase.

• Credits are personal. They cannot be transferred to another person or shared.
• Adult packs are valid for adult classes and children's packs for children's classes. Where a pack is limited to particular classes, that limit is shown on the pack.
• Booking a class spends one credit. Cancelling within the free window returns it — see the Refund and Return Policy.
• Unused credits expire when the pack expires and are not extended or refunded, except where the studio was unable to run the classes.

7. How the service is delivered

We sell a service, not goods. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to deliver outside Armenia: a class is delivered in person at the studio, Buzand 7, Yerevan, at the time you booked.

Packs and credits are delivered immediately. As soon as the bank confirms your payment, the credits are on your account and can be spent on the next booking — there is no waiting period and no separate activation.

8. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the class starts. Inside that window the class is charged in full. 9. Age, health and safety

• Adult classes are for participants aged 18 and over. Children's classes are booked by a parent or guardian, who provides their own contact details and accepts the waiver on the child's behalf.
• Aerial training is physically demanding and takes place at height. Before your first class you complete a short health declaration so the instructor knows what to adapt. Some conditions — pregnancy and raised eye pressure among them — need a conversation with us first, and in some cases a doctor's clearance.
• You must follow the instructor's directions, use the equipment only as taught, and stop if you are told to stop. An instructor may ask a participant to sit out an exercise, or leave a class, where safety requires it.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you are unsure whether aerial training is right for you, ask your doctor.

10. Your account

Your account is tied to your phone number, and anyone who can receive your codes can see and change your bookings. Keep access to your phone secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Please give us details that are accurate and yours — a wrong number means a confirmation and a reminder go to a stranger.

11. Payment security and card data

Card payments are processed by ACBA Bank OJSC, through the ipay.Arca payment system of Armenian Card CJSC (ArCa). When you pay, you are handed to that secure payment page, you enter your card details there, and you come back to us with a result. Your card number never reaches this website, and the studio neither sees nor stores it. If you pay with Apple Pay, the payment is completed on the same page, and Apple Pay does not pass your card number to us either.

• This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) throughout.
• Card payments are authenticated by the payment systems' 3-D Secure two-factor check.
• The ipay.Arca payment page meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
• We keep our own record of each transaction — what was bought, for how much, when, and its status — but no card data. Those records are kept for at least 3 years, as the bank's internet acquiring terms require.
• We accept ArCa, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. The logos of the cards this site accepts are shown in the footer of every page.

12. This website and its content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to the studio or are used with permission, and the photographs are of the studio's own classes and students. Please do not copy or republish them without asking. You may of course share links to any page.

Please use the site as it is meant to be used: no attempts to break into it, no automated scraping of the schedule, nothing that would degrade it for the person booking after you.

13. Our responsibility, and its limits

We provide our classes with reasonable skill and care, by qualified instructors, on equipment we inspect. Where we fail to do that, we are responsible for it, and nothing here limits any right you have under the Republic of Armenia's consumer protection legislation or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Beyond that: you take part in physical training at your own risk, as set out in the waiver you accept before your first class. We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the studio, and we are not liable for a failure caused by something outside our control — a power or water failure, a building or utility problem, extreme weather, or a decision of a public authority. If such an event stops a class, we will offer you a credit or a refund.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — prices change, a schedule changes, a rule turns out to need saying more clearly. The version and date at the top of this page always tell you which text is current, and a new version applies to bookings made after it is published. What you already booked and paid for is governed by the terms in force when you booked.

15. Governing law, complaints and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights (HO-197, 26 June 2001). Please bring any complaint to us first — most things are settled in one conversation. If we cannot agree, the dispute is for the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

These terms are published in Armenian, English and Russian. The Armenian text is the authoritative one: if a translation and the Armenian text differ, the Armenian text prevails.
